Binno Steyn

Binno has more than thirty years’ experience in the property valuation industry. He is a Registered Professional Valuer and Director for Tetragon Valuers since October 2005.

  • Binno holds a National Diploma in Real Estate with Technikon SA.
  • National Diploma Construction Supervision with Pretoria Technikon.
  • National Diploma Project Management with Damelin.
  • Certificate in Commercial Property Finance with University of Pretoria; 
  • Binno is registered with the following professional bodies:
  • Professional Valuer with the SA Council for Property Valuers Profession
  • Member of the SA Institute of Valuers

Sam Segopane


Sam has eighteen years’ experience in the property sales and property valuation industry. He is currently a Professional Valuer and Director of Tetratgon Valuers since October 2019.

  • Sam holds a National Diploma in Real Estate with Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
  • Diploma in Auctioneering with SA College of Auctioneering.
  • Certificate in Valuation for Land Reform and Expropriation with University of Cape Town; 
  • Sam is registered with the following professional bodies:
  • Professional Valuer with the SA Council for Property Valuers Profession
  • Member of the SA Institute of Valuers

Johann Reyneke 

Johann has more than twenty five years’ experience in the property valuation industry. He is a Registered Professional Valuer and Director for Tetragon Valuers since October 2005.

  • Bachelor of Building Arts with the University of Port Elizabeth.
  • Certificate in Commercial Property Finance with University of Pretoria;

Ockert Potgieter

Ockert has more than twenty five years’ experience in the property valuation industry. He is a Registered Professional Valuer and Director for Tetragon Valuers since October 2005.

  • National Diploma Architecture with UNISA.
  • Certificate in Commercial Property Finance with University of Pretoria;

Berno Steyn


Berno has four years’ experience in the property valuation industry. He is a Registered Professional Associated Valuer and has been employed by Tetragon Valuers since 2019.

  • Berno holds a National Diploma in Real Estate with Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
  • Professional Associated Valuer with the SA Council for Property Valuers Profession.
  • Member of the SA Institute of Valuers
