 The mission of Tetragon Valuers is to support our clients in the achievement of their objectives by rendering comprehensive, effective and professional valuation services on a flexible basis and in a manner consistent with established ethical norms.

ESTABLISHMENT

Tetragon Valuers was established in September 2005.

LOCATION

We are well located for urban and rural valuations. Our offices in Nelspruit, Secunda, Witbank and Heidelberg (Gauteng) are situated in a central position with regard to the entire Mpumalanga Province.

We also perform valuations on a national base, throughout South Africa.

Valuers within Tetragon Valuers are registered with the S.A. Council for the Property Valuers Profession.

Valuers within Tetragon Valuers are members of the S.A Institute of Valuers.

Tetragon Valuers has Professional Indemnity Insurance for all its valuers.

Tetragon Valuers emphasis high valuation standards and recognize valuation methods set down by the S.A Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP)and the International Valuations Standards (IVS).

CLIENT LIAISON

We embarked on an exercise to gauge levels of satisfaction and seek new ideas for improving the existing service. This initiative is part of our continuing focus on raising client service levels.


Service standards are essential when a client prefers one company to another and we are acutely aware of this fact.


Tetragon Valuers also provides a full time administration service for enquiry handling and liaison with clients.
